In the usual practical efforts, I feel that I have learned a lot, especially some work experience that I can not learn from books. In the past work, I am conscientious and responsible, have team spirit, and have good communication skills.
As a fresh graduate, maybe my knowledge is limited, maybe I am too young and lack of practical experience, maybe I cant work as freely as others in some aspects, but youth means enthusiasm and vitality. Just because I dont have much experience doesnt mean I cant. Because I have no experience, on the contrary, I can focus on one thing, which is not easy to be disturbed by the outside world. I can keep my own ideas and my sense of achievement. Only in this way can we have more motivation and great harvest.
