我的寒假计划作文
期末考试结束,13日下午返校拿成绩。这几天也算是放假了,就开始我们的寒假计划吧!
其实也没有刻意写寒假计划,只是简单跟雪娇商量了一下:
上午:8:00——9:00英语听力(要看雪娇几点起床,起得早,听得多;起得晚,听的少。)
9:00做第四本《立体王》
9:30做HOPK的趣味装。——相当于复习。(争取用一个星期结束,然后开始Grade1)
10:00英语阅读。
10:30学习结束。
下午:还没想好。本来想开始《声律启蒙》,像格玥学习用吟诵的方式。可跟着格玥的视频看了好多遍了,我还没学会,怎么能教雪娇呢?再考虑一下。晚上,争取继续看几集PEPPAPIG的动画片。
寒假班怎么挑选
挑老师
那么从哪些角度,能看出老师,是否值得跟着学呢?
1、 看上课时,老师是否自然,一个身经百战的老师,上课对他来说,就像呼吸一样,没有任何的慌乱,一切娓娓道来,要是新老师,则一定眼神是慌乱的,总是盯着课本、教材看!稍微细心一点的同学,其实都能从老师的面目表情上看的出来。
很多培训机构都允许家长听课,为什么不去呢?至少听它一节,不听白不听!
2、 寒暑假班,和春秋季班,的授课内容可绝不能一样!若一样,则说明老师肚子里没货。则直接退班走人,即可。
寒暑假班,一般都是预习下学期新课,所以内容一定是要有意思,吸引孩子兴趣,注重基础,只能讲基础题,难题肯定无法讲,在假期班,讲难题,绝大多数孩子处于松弛状态,会让其感觉过难,产生畏难心理。
春秋季班,一定要讲题型技巧!不管哪个年级,均是如此!因为这是能让孩子豁然开朗、举一反三的根本。而题型技巧,老师不自己做大量题目,根本总结不出来。多说一句:凡是上等学校,都会发专题卷,讲这些。而一般学校,讲的少的多。
一个题型,对应一类技巧。首先观察这种题型的特征是什么?再直接用技巧秒杀。很快,很简单。坦白讲,比如我上星期,所曾经教的初二物理下,浮力那一块,题都挺难,都是往年一二模的填空、单选最后一题。但是若用技巧,会发现都挺简单,一步就出来了。
3、 看老师,周一至周五的时候,是否愿意和孩子、家长沟通。因为,有很多老师,都是周六日去挣个钱。周一到周五,有自己完全不同的悠闲生活,很惬意。不是说,不可以。但是,我个人认为,一定要多联系、沟通学生。若一个老师,根本就不了解其学生,那么所讲内容,对孩子来说,就完全是无用的。这也将是这个老师职业灾难的开始。
