　　英文应用注重实用性，一般申请内容简洁明了，只需要说明自己所属班级、申请退学的理由即可，但是特别要注意的'是需要一定的礼貌用语。

　　问候语+自己所属班级+退学原因(经济原因、身体情况、转学或其他)+感谢

　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　I am very honored to be accepted by Management Development Institute of Singapore. In its fifth decade, MDIS has maintained its dedication to professionals through the provision of well-accredited courses, seminars and management services. It is the institute I have always been longing for.

　　However, due to the financial difficulty of my family, I have to give up the great chance of studying in MDIS. It is one of the hardest decisions to make through my whole life, but I have no other choice.Thank you for your consideration.
