您们好！首先，对于这次院运会报名的事件，请允许我表示由衷的歉意！
由于工作疏忽，在这次院运会过程中做出了一些对您们不尊重的事情，给您们造成了十分不良的`影响，这是我的失职。这次事件中，作为体委，我没有做好自己的本分工作，做事不够认真，以致于自己犯下了通知不到位等低级的错误，因此，在此，我向您们致歉！望见谅！并且我会认真检讨自己的行为，吸取教训，往后，我会以身作则，做好以后的工作，不再犯类似的错误。

Dear Mr. Wang,
I am much grateful to be employed by you two months ago as an editor for your magazine Designs ﹠Fashions.I appreciate the opportunity of having worked here with you and other colleagues. The experiences will be unforgettable throughout my life.
However, as a young man whose primary interest is in computer science rather than fashion designing, I find my present job is not what I expected before and it doesn’t fall in with my previous training and strength.I therefore decide to quit this job for something else that may conform to my former preparation.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconveniences my leaving may incur.

I’m writing to inform you about my decision to resign from my current position. There are three factors accounting for my decision.
